This workshop aims to support you in cleansing your liver and your kidney, two important detoxification organs in your body.
We practice a yoga sequence in which we target the liver and kidneys and their associated nadhis and meridians (ayurvedic energy lines) through dynamic and held asanas. We will work with pressure, relaxation, stretching andbreathing techniques and and we support the release of dissolved toxins with ginger-turmeric tea and Shitali Pranayma.
