The fireworks have ended, the champagne bottles are empty - how would you like to begin your new year?
Join us for a restorative yoga and journaling practice. Restorative yoga brings the body into a deep sense of calm and rest. The mind is then free to contemplate the possibilities, patterns, and challenges of our lives through introspective journaling.
We will guide you through interspersed poses and journaling prompts. By pairing the two, you can begin the new year in a place of rest and reflection, gaining insight into your hopes and plans for 2023.
Journaling is a process of consciously exploring your thoughts and feelings, questioning where they come from. This method invites you to find out how you can use these thoughts and insights in a positive way for your personal benefit.
Journaling gives us time to get in touch with what's going on inside of us. Our inner critic is allowed to take a break. Allowing your thoughts to flow and sort them into words instead brings our innermost being into vibration.
Journaling can help you process emotions, develop new ideas and perspectives, structure thoughts and gain clarity.
This special class will be conducted in English. To feel extra comfy please wear warm, comfortable clothing and bring a journal and something to write with. Please be either vaccinated (twice) or recovered (6 month) or tested (24h).
I am looking forward to you!
